Hello everyone!

This is my first blog post as a guest designer for Elizabeth Craft Designs. I used the Card Lab Collection from Planner Essentials to create a recipe card that fits inside the Planner Card Box.

Step 1: First, pick the paper and dies you want to use to make the card base. I chose paper from the Keylime Night paper pack, dies from Planner Cards 2, 4, and 5, and some neutral cardstock.

Step 2: Once I die-cut the elements I wanted to use, I blended the edges with Vintage Photo and Black Soot Distress Inks to give the card a vintage look.

Step 3: After that, I stamped some images from the Let’s Eat and Let’s Cook stamp sets in black ink.

Step 4: Then, I glued the patterned paper on the card base and used the small piece to make a pocket.

Step 5: I printed two photos and mounted them on black cardstock before gluing them onto the cards with the tab.

Step 6: Then I glued the cook and the cooking items on the pocket of the card.

Step 7: On the back of the card, I glued the stamped recipe card so you can write down a recipe.

I hope you enjoyed the tutorial and are inspired to create your own recipe cards.
