Create A Flower Basket for Every Occasion

Hello everyone!

Rajni here. Let's make this beautiful floral basket together.

Step 1: 

Step 1: To start with, cut a smooth white cardstock measuring 10 ¼” by 10 ¼”

Score at2 1/2” on all the four sides and create a basket base.

Step 2: 

Choose the pattern paper from the Autumn Harvest paper pack and cut four pieces measuring 5 1/8” by 2 ½” and glue them on the basket sides. Also, glue a piece of pattern paper measuring 2 1/2” by 5 ⅛” on the inside bottom and bottom of the basket. Cover the inside walls of the basket using 2 long strips of pattern paper.

Step 3: 

To decorate the basket, cut Autumn Fancy Corner, 4 pieces each in white and gold cardstock, and glue them, keeping the gold one on the bottom, making a delicate shadow. Glue them on the vellum base and further crease them in the center to create decorative corners for the basket. 

Step 4: 

Cut 2 pieces of Autumn Borders in white and golden each and 2 pieces of its base layer in light brown cardstock. Glue the white borders with golden shadow and join them to extend them to make the basket handle.

Step 5: 

Cut flower petals using Floral 31, and ink them using Orange Blossom Archival ink. Stamp the flower centers using Plum archival ink. Shape the petals to make one medium and 3 small flowers. 

Step 6: 

Cut the foliage using Floral Greenery 1 and ink them using Leaf green and Library green archival ink. Shape them using flower shaping tools. 

Step 7: 

Arrange a beautiful floral arrangement on the handle and finish the basket by adding a sentiment using Autumn Greetings on a Layered Label.
